This module has helped me think about self-directed learners and the role of differentiation in the following ways.....
Many student struggle because teachers may teach something one way. All students learn differently. Some are auditory learners, some are visual learners, and some are kinesthetic learners. If a teacher doesn't properly incorporate all types of learning, it may hinder the students ability to fully understand and comprehend the topic. The teacher doesn't need to cater to just one child, but she needs to make sure she meets each child's need as best she can.

Module 4
How can technology be used most effectively to support and assess student learning?
Technology can be used to support student learning through various projects. Having a student regurgitate information back onto a piece of paper shows that they can memorize things. When allowed to use technology, a student has more means of turning the project into something more personal. A student can incorporate more creativity into projects. Technology can be used to assess as well. Various websites allow for checklists and rubrics to be created. Moreover, blogs can be created for student reflection.

Module 3
This module has helped me think about the impact of the internet on my students’ learning in the following ways:
The Internet has a huge impact on my students' learning. The amount of information students can receive from the internet beyond what I can teach them is tremendous. I believe that it encourages students to be self-managers and to research information on their own. They are able to assert their independence. For example, if they find something that interest them, yet we don't have time to discuss it in class, they have the ability to go out and research more on that topic. It encouraged the students to explore.

Module 2
This module has helped me think about using standards, CFQ’s or formative assessment in the following ways……
Standards, CFQs, and formative assessment are all very good tools to be sure the teacher stays on track. It is easy to get off track once students start asking questions. It also ensures that the teacher is actually teaching what he should be teaching. they are also useful in the fact that if a student can't answer the content question at the end of the unit, something wasn't taught well enough or needs to be taught again.

Module 1
This module has made me think about my role as an instructional designer in the following ways..
It's better for student to actively practice what they learn. By actively practicing it, they will better remember it and will be able to use what they learn in different situations. It allows students to think critically, rather than just regurgitating information back onto a piece of paper. Project-based learning has a multitude of benefits, some of which include learning to work with others and increased motivation. Usually, a student learns better by doing a hands-on project. I believe that it will be my job to engage my students in project-based learning.
